Cancellation Policy
At Math N’ More, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that necessitate changes to your scheduled tutoring or service appointment. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: There is no cancellation allowed during the summer programming. Participants and or Guardians are requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of tutoring sessions. Math N’ More will provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of tutoring sessions via an updated calendar invitation. Late Cancellation/No-Show: Please be on time to every session Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered late cancellations. In case of a no-show (without prior notice), the full session fee will be charged. Communication: Participants and or Guardians are encouraged to communicate any scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or necessary adjustments promptly. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, we will make every effort to accommodate your request based on the availability of our staff. There are no rescheduling options during the summer time. Emergencies: In the event of a genuine emergency or unexpected circumstance, exceptions to the policy may be considered. Please reach out to discuss such situations. Refund Policy: Refunds for canceled sessions will be issued based on the provided notice. No refunds will be granted for late cancellations or no-shows. There are no refunds given for cancellations during summer enrollment. Holiday and Off-Season Closure: Math N’ More is closed during most widely observed holidays, aligning with the traditional school calendar (known as the off season). If you receive notice that a recurring session is canceled during our off-season, or if you require additional support during a non-off-season period for you or your scholar, Math N’ More will make every effort to provide assistance within the constraints of our work schedule. This policy is designed to ensure fairness and the effective allocation of tutoring resources. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
